Processing Time

We process orders within 2- 5 business days (we operate our business Monday through Friday). Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Refused Shipments

If our shipment is refused or fails to be accepted for any reason, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charge.

Back Orders/Out of Stock

Lashes on Line keeps a substantial amount of stock in most designs. However, in a rare occasion, we might have some products that are "out-of-stock" due to shipment delay from either carrier or supplier. If that happens after you place your order, we will refund in the same way you pay.

Tracking/Delivery Confirmation

We e-mail the Delivery Confirmation Number once we make a shipment.
