What is the shipping fees ?
The cost for package under 500gm is $7.50 anywhere in Australia. Large parcels 500gm-3klg is $13.00.Additional costs may apply for larger orders.
What False Eyelashes made of?
Lashes on Line False Eyelashes made of both synthetic and sterilised human hair depending on the styles.
Do you accept telephone order?

Do you have a store I can come to ?
No. This is a on line web store.
Can I get a refund on the lashes?
No, we do not refund or exchange.
Can I be allergic to the Latex glue?
Yes, there are a few clients who are allergic to latex. Pls check before using. Non Latext Glue is available, I suggest to most clients if concerned to use this type of glue.
How do I remove the False Eye Lashes?
Simply remove outer corners first. Gently pull the lash trip off, and place in packaging for another use.( Can be used approx 2- 4 times)
How do I clean the old Glue of the Lashes once I have worn them?
Soak lashes for approx 1-2 minutes in Mentholated Sprits. Gently remove old glue with tweezers, and place in container in the correct left & right eye placement.
Do you charge GST ?
By law, we are required to collect 10% Sales Tax to residents of Australia. This is the same for out-of-state customers, we pay that portion of tax to the ATO.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We will make every efforts as long as it has not been shipped. Please note, we ship the product out within 24 - 48 hours after we receive the order with a completed payment. To request, please e-mail us at: sales@lashesonline.com.au
